Traditionally our visitors take a shuttle from Cancun to Playa del Carmen to take there the ferry to Cozumel, nowadays there is an airline that goes directly from Cancun to Cozumel Island, Maya air offers a good option that is perhaps more expensive  than the traditional way but its also practical in terms of time and comfort.
