If during your visit you will need to call home or any other place out of Mexico we recommend to get a calling card, they are cheap and easy to use. Calling from your hotel will get you an overpriced rate per minute. The best option is to go to the closest convenience store and ask for a card for international calls, you will for sure be saving money. Just follow the instructions on the back of the card, the international code to call the US is 001.
